Our Rates

 All rates are based on a two person per site basis. There is an additional charge for additional occupants or visitors of registered guests staying overnight or using facilities (pool, bathhouse, etc.) Management reserves the right to apply certain restrictions or to deny any requests in order to preserve and/or promote its policies, the integrity of the park, and the comfort of its guests, its agents or the laws in which it is governed under. Campground memberships are available, inquire in office for details. 

For longer stays (Monthly) a $150.00 security deposit is required. 

A 30-day notice is required for (Monthly) cancellations to receive a deposit refund (see full policy below).

All persons (over 18) staying at the resort (Three months or greater) will also be subject to a nonrefundable $75 per person application/background check.

NO refunds will be given for early checkout.

Cancelation Policy

At our RV resort, we want our guests to have a pleasant and stress-free experience. That's why we offer a 30-day cancellation policy for all monthly reservations. If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a refund of your security deposit. Please note that any cancellation made within 30-days of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.

Additionally, if you check out early, you will not receive a refund of any nights paid and could forfeit your security deposit. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require you to depart earlier than planned, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for unused nights.
